An outdoor golf simulator needs a weather plan

Settle the backup location before the invitations go out.

Choose the primary and alternate spots

An inflatable bay can be planned for an outdoor event, but weather can change the usable space. Identify a flat primary area and, if possible, an indoor or covered alternate with the same practical width, depth, height, power, and access. A smaller covered area is not automatically a workable backup.

Agree who decides

The venue controls its property and may set wind, rain, electrical, and temporary-structure rules. Bring the Tee. confirms an operating weather plan in the quote. During the event, the attendant can pause play when conditions are not suitable for the equipment or guests. Do not make the schedule depend on uninterrupted outdoor play.

Protect the guest flow

Place the queue away from wet ground and vehicle routes. Keep power and cable routes under the venue's approved plan. If a reception or fundraiser has a fixed program, identify a natural pause when play can move or stop without confusing guests.
