Plan the practical details
Start with a flat area about 16–20 ft wide by 18–27 ft deep and about 12 ft high. We confirm the final footprint, swing clearance, and access in your quote.
Plan for standard power close to the bay. Tell us where the outlet is; we confirm the exact setup and any cable routing in the quote.
Outdoor events need a weather plan. We discuss rain, wind, and a backup location before booking; the attendant makes the operational call for the equipment and guest safety.
No. Right- and left-handed clubs, balls, and tees are included. Guests may ask about their own clubs during planning, but any outside equipment use must be confirmed.
Ask us to quote a separate spectator TV in the request form, or tell us if your venue has a display. This optional enhancement may add cost. We check equipment availability, a safe display location, power, weather protection, and the video connection before including it in a quote.
No. Standard balls are included for event play. If detailed spin data matters, ask us to quote a monitor-compatible ball setup. Rapsodo RPT balls and Full Swing-compatible RCT balls serve different monitors; we confirm the monitor, balls, data view, and any charge in the quote.
A single bay takes turns. Tell us your headcount and event duration; we’ll suggest a game format and confirm whether the proposed schedule fits.
As soon as your date and city are known. Availability, venue approvals, and travel or local-operator arrangements vary by event.
The host secures venue approval, access to a suitable flat area, standard power, and any event permits required by the venue or local authority. We handle the bay setup, play, and teardown described in the quote.
A certificate of insurance can be provided on request. Tell us what your venue requires so we can review it before booking.
