What comes with a mobile golf simulator rental?

A planner's checklist for the bay, equipment, people, and venue.

Start with the full bay

Bring the Tee. brings an inflatable enclosure and screen, launch monitor, courses, clubs for right- and left-handed players, balls and tees, and an attendant. We handle setup and teardown. The quote states the exact monitor and play configuration for your event. A simulator booking is more than a screen in a room: the bay also needs swing clearance, a flat surface, power, and a path for delivery.

Make room for guests

Plan for a flat area about 16–20 ft wide, 18–27 ft deep, and 12 ft high. Those are planning dimensions, not a site approval. Measure overhead fixtures, entrances, and the space where people will wait between turns. Ask the venue about delivery timing, power, and any structure or vendor rules. Send photos or a floor plan when measurements are hard to describe.

Choose a simple way to play

Closest-to-the-pin and long-drive games are included options. They let a guest take a short turn without playing a full round. A mixed-skill group usually needs clear turn-taking more than detailed shot statistics. Tell us your hours and headcount so we can check whether a single bay fits the run of show.

Know what the request does

The request form starts a quote, not a reservation. We confirm location, staffing, equipment, and any venue requirements before offering a booking. If the event is outside the crew bases or quoted travel areas, we seek a vetted local operator for that job and confirm the arrangement before you book.
