Miami-Dade adds range technology at Palmetto
What the April 2026 public-golf update means for an event planner.
The county update
Miami-Dade County reported on April 20, 2026 that Palmetto Golf Course added TrackMan Range technology for ball tracking and virtual games. That equipment belongs to the public-course range; it is not the launch monitor or software in a Bring the Tee. quote.
The familiar idea
The county described practice and friendly competition for different skill levels. A private event can borrow the broad idea of a short, welcoming golf challenge without borrowing Palmetto's venue, technology, images, or program.
Ask about the actual bay
Bring the Tee. quotes a Full Swing KIT or Rapsodo MLM2PRO configuration for the event, with clubs, balls, tees, courses, attendant, setup, and teardown. We confirm the monitor and games for the specific date.
Travel and venue are separate
Miami-area requests are reviewed for Orlando crew travel. The venue must approve the inflatable footprint, power, delivery, and weather plan. Palmetto Golf Course is an independent facility and is not an assumed event location.
